Taito F3 version started.

I have started working on a Taito F3 version of Frog Feast. I am currently working on a simple demo to fully understand the hardware. This will be adapted to the Frog Feast source code. I also purchased a Taito F3 board, so I will be able to test it out on a real system.

It should be fairly easy to develop for the Taito F3, as the graphics look easy to convert, and the software doesn't look too complex.
