Frog Feast on Puckman Pockimon hardware

I've done a quick conversion of Frog Feast to run on the Puckman Pockimon (http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=P&game_id=10991) driver under MAME.

The hardware is based on the Genesis. Hopefully I'll get a board shortly for testing.

I had to create a tool that would swap around the bits in the roms, change the method of reading a joystick, and change the defines for the joystick bits.

In the next couple of days I will attempt to complete the conversion, probably including coin screens.
